Shang is a wonderful realtor. He is extremely patient and has a great knowledge of houses in the Massachusetts area. He selected listings that fit our needs for us to consider as soon as they came out and accompanied us to visit tons of houses, most of these visits were actually done after his leg got seriously injured in hiking last year. He is of course fully recovered now. Our search for an ideal house span half a year and Shang patiently assisted us during the whole process. There are two types of realtor agents, the agent just wants you to buy any house and take the commission, or the agent who truly wants his customers to get the best house for the money. Shang is the latter. If you are buying your first house, Shang is your best bet because he truly cares about you and when you are not so sure about what you want and signed up for many many open houses, don’t worry because wherever and whenever the open house is, he will be there with you helping you to make the best decision.
